These are the children of one of my clients whos style is almost exactly like mine. She just wants pictures of her kids being themselves and living in the moment - exactly what I want to capture! I read the best quote on another photogs site once - "real moments are rarely ever starched or pressed" (Joyce Smith).

I know it is the real moments I want to remember. So does this Mom. She totally gets me and I love that!

An unusually warm fall day...

... and three beautiful children. I had to choose some of my favorites for this sneak peek. While I know Mom and Dad are probably dying to see the pictures of the three of them together, my favorites are always the individual pictures. I just love the simplicity of a single subject and how you can seemingly look straight through their eyes and into their soul to see their true personalities shine through....

City gal at the gardens....

This little one came all the way from Manhattan to take pics at a local garden. Sweet as pie and adorable as can be! Mom may actually have convinced me to do a few sessions in the city. I am thinking in the spring I will have to venture out there!
